Who did I idolize growing up and why?
My dentists. I was always excited for my appointments and would ask for the mirror so I could check up on what they were doing (used like three different braces, so spent a lot of time in those offices..)

Sunday walk
This night I didn’t sleep well, actually is been awhile now, so this morning I woke up so tired and drained from the stuff that happened this past week that I didn’t want to do anything. But coach @Kevin Teachanarong post got me thinking and eventually decided to go for a walk, not thinking of steps or pace.. just me, my music and a beautiful sunny but cold day. It was a win because the problems are still there but I prioritized me time over everything else and it felt so good. Wishing you a beautiful Sunday 🤩

One small win from the last 7 days
I'm so happy I got to resume my strength training (normal load) and play Padel again after getting the greenlight from the Physio. Felt so good to be able to exercise normally without any pain. 😁
