Detailed Game Plan Train 4–6 days per week, following a structured program and tracking progress. Eat high-protein, whole foods, stay hydrated, prioritize sleep, and maintain a disciplined mindset. 3. Time Frame 24 weeks (6 months) staying consistent, focused, and committed to visible physical and mental progress. I am worthy and I will achieve my goals as long as it takes.
