Turned 46 today 😅
Started the day at the chiropractor trying to get this arm right, then still made it to the gym AND hit the tennis courts 🎾 which definitely helps get my steps in 😅 Ended the day with two of my boys taking me out to eat ❤️ Overall, it’s been a slow but really good day. When I started BBB, I was 174… today I’m 162. My goal was to be under 160 by my birthday, and I didn’t quite make it 😌 but I’m still proud of the progress. I tracked everything I ate today except my pad Thai dish… and honestly, I’m just leaving it at that and not stressing over it. Grateful for another year, stronger than last year, and still going 👊🏼

Little Edits~Part 4~ Travel Calorie Tracking
🏝️Well finally back home in the Seychelles.🏖️ (2 weeks in, been so busy & tired to even sit down and just relax a bit, read and update in the community, but now im more settled in🫠) ✈️Such a long journey with two connecting flights + 21 hour layover i knew i would not be able to track my calories. So i said to myself we would not backtrack and just say "forget it". Instead i said ok best for me to just have "Portion Control". 🍛 Instead of eating all the crackers, bread, cheese, fruits & desserts on the two flights i chose 2/5 or 3/5 along with the main meal alternating between the two flights with just water and black coffee on flights. Then whatever else i ate during the lonngggg😁 layover i had only like half or 3/4 of whatever i ate. Had only 1 iced coffee even though at some point i wanted another 😁. Which really helped me to stay in control despite the travel, and also i felt like ok i did not spiral or felt like i was giving up on my tracking & ultimately feeling no guilt about not being to do my macro tracking, which before i would have. So yeah im happy about that little win 😀

Hey everyone 😊 This morning I finally went for it and ran with the running couple without stopping for a total of 30 minutes. That’s so cool that I could passe myself and not be out of breath. But my legs were jelly when I finally stopped lol

🧠 Thoughtful Thursday: Keeping It Simple When Life Feels Heavy
This week tested me a bit. With everything going on with my daughter, I found myself battling stress eating and honestly feeling in that “whatever” mindset with tracking. Not because I don’t care… but because mentally, I just felt overwhelmed. I reached out to my coach and he gave me two options: 1️⃣ Track everything—even if I stress eat 2️⃣ Don’t track, but fully commit to my approved meals and keep things simple And it made me pause and realize… 👉 This journey isn’t just about nutrition or tracking. 👉 It’s about learning how to make better decisions when life isn’t perfect I chose to simplify instead of adding pressure. Focusing on: ✔️ Protein at each meal ✔️ Meals I already know and trust ✔️ Staying consistent with my routines Not perfect… but intentional And this right here is why I invest in BBB Inner Circle. Because it’s not just about hitting macros or workouts—it’s about the mental side. Learning how to adjust, stay grounded, and not completely derail when life happens. That’s the real win. 💬 Anyone else navigating stress this week? How are you keeping things simple without falling off?

Birthdays and all the food!!!
Today is my mini me's 6th birthday🖤 We're going to Texas Roadhouse for dinner, her choice. When I say that I could happily consume about eight of their rolls with that cinnamon butter in one sitting I am not exaggerating. My goal is to have two, because I know that telling myself not to have any is unrealistic. Also checking the menu ahead of time and planning out my meal. Will have a protein shake and an apple this afternoon to prevent from being super hungry by the time we get there. Might just avoid the cake and ice cream but we'll see...wish me luck!!!😉
