I'd finally feel amazing in my body if I hit my target weight and I have a lean body where the tummy, arms and legs show some muscle definition and the clothes fit comfortably.

We were at my partner’s mom’s house continuing the birthday celebrations and I had a casual convo with my stepson. He told me he tried the 3-minute rest I suggested during chest press on strength days and said, “It made a big difference. I was able to push stronger.” My inner self was SO happy 😳 Not only that, he invested in Nike Metcons and said the support helped his lifts too. And I’ve noticed something else… he’s leaning out. I can see the drop in his stomach area. I made sure to tell him he looks good and that I see the progress. Sometimes the ripple effect is quiet. It’s dad showing up. It’s me sharing what works. It’s him applying it and leveling up. Lead by example. You never know who’s watching. 🌊🔥

That's so awesome! Totally agree that we lead by example. Our family is watching even if they don't say it. When they see the positive improvement, they will naturally catch on.
Feeling good again
Today I'm feeling well again. I did a 6 k run and mealpreped again. Will put it into MFP when my daughter is in bed. We're battling English where she will writing a test tomorrow. Mealprep Breakfast is tiramisu oats with espresso and skyr. Lunch is veggie nuggets salad, german curry wurst and potatoes and rice with onion, tomatoes and eggs. Hopefully this week will not be that busy like last week. Plan to go to my Boxworkout class and doing some home workout. Spring is starting and I have a lot to do in my garden. It's a workout for itself. 💪

I'm so happy I got to resume my strength training (normal load) and play Padel again after getting the greenlight from the Physio. Felt so good to be able to exercise normally without any pain. 😁

Born and raised in Singapore. I’m Team Steps and Strength. But had to go lighter on strength as I’m recovering from a ruptured elbow tendon from playing Padel. It’s been frustrating as arms are becoming more twig-like while my legs are getting bulkier since I’m working out my legs so much more. Hoping to get back to full exercise soon. 😊
