I have been horrible about checking in lately. I have been doing my workout but not always in the morning. I have been getting distracted or been tired. Caitlynn was wide awake around 3:30 am this morning and stayed up until 4:45 am. This momma needed more sleep this morning. I got in a lunch workout though. I am definitely lifting heavier this week which feels so good. I am noticing it on the scale in muscle percentage. The weights isn't going down but as long as I feel good and my muscles to fat ratio is better that it my measure of success.
