I caught whatever cold has been working its way through my family 😭 so resting for the next few days. Did get my morning walk in, despite the 9 degree temps! 🥶

@Kim Dugan thank you!
Upper body + 10 min core (from 10 min muscle)
we finally got a good night of restful sleep here & even though Wesley was up at 5 he allowed Glenn to lay with him. I got my full workout in and could add core and some steps in today which has me starting my day feeling strong, more in control, and empowered! The back moves I could really feel today which is an area where I’m focused on getting stronger and more defined so I’m taking that as a my win for the day! Just realized it’s Wednesday and not Tuesday, too! 🥰

ahhh i love when people are feeling better and you can finally get that good night sleep. My oura ring this morning was like NOPE and gave me the "major signs" of infection warning haha glad everyone is on the upswing!

@Amanda Steele thank you! Just a cold but came on fast and furious. Hopefully just a few days!!
What if instead of asking “How fast can I get results?”
You asked: “How long can I keep this streak going?” 📈 Back in 2015, I never imagined sticking with fitness for 10+ years — not because I didn’t want to, but because I had no proof I could. All my brain knew was 28 years of failure, frustration, and the belief that my genetics were working against me. This transformation wasn’t one single program, one workout style, or one meal plan. Over the years, my seasons changed — and so did the details. I’ve tried a LOT and I can say not one thing is “better” or more important than the other. What really matters is consistency that compounds your actions into results. It was this mindset shift that made the difference 👉 “I’m going to keep practicing healthy habits for as long as I’m alive.” That removed the finish line. It replaced pressure with consistency. And it’s what gave me this side-by-side. As a coach, my goal for my clients is no longer fast results — it’s to help you achieve lasting ones. We build strong bodies and habits that don’t quit when life gets messy. 💪🏼 Maybe you just need to ask yourself the same question I do every day: How long can I keep this streak going? 🔥 If you want additional guidance, evidence-based education/information, and support from me in February, I’m opening up the next accountability group inside classroom. $27, spots limited to 20 participants. Ideas on themes are welcome… Thank you for being here 💓

Full Body Pull 1
Last time doing this workout in this phase. I am feeling very good about my weight selection. I again maintained last week's weights for all 3 sets. It was definitely challenging but I feel stronger for it. My goal for Week 1 of Phase 2 is to increase my weights where I can. I might have to use 1 dumbell for the kickstand deadlift so I can go heavier with the pullover and kickstand row. I only have one 30 lb weight and everything heavier is my adjustable weights. Kickstand dead lift - 25 lbs Side lunge - 15 lbs Pullover - 30 lbs Kickstand row - 30 lbs Bicep curls - 12.5 lbs Side note: why do I feel like I am always working my arms to death on the days I wash my hair???

Sick selfie
I am still so freaking sick! Can't kill this thing, but I couldn't sleep, so I got up and got a little sweaty. Happy I was finally able to do something! Cheers to the slow road to recovery
