Instead of a “vision board party”…
Hey all! In the past we held vision board parties in the past, usually on zoom. I’m considering hosting something similar this year, but I want this to actually WORK. Vision boards are great but without a plan and follow up and accountability… they’re just pretty “dream boards”. I don’t want us to just dream. I want us to achieve our goals! So here’s what I’m thinking: A live workshop (either on zoom or in person, depending on interest!) that happens either New Year’s Eve day or New Year’s Day. Maybe around 11am or so? This will be free to anyone and we will just spend time together masterminding and creating a plan for our top 3 goals (wellness related or just personal/professional) for 2026. *Then I’ll offer the option of paying for additional support and accountability for a cohort throughout the year! I think ideally BI-MONTHLY or at least quarterly. That would look like: virtual zoom meetings to check in for accountability plus a worksheet for PLANNING steps to follow through on between our meeting and the next mastermind. (Schedule depends on poll for the cohort) Would you be interested in any of this? If YES, comment whether you prefer New Year’s Eve day or New Year’s Day for the first event. (If you’re local, should we meet up in person??? And do a zoom offering)??

The worst!
My mindset: Meal prep for me "ain't nobody got time for that" Baby/kids health "absolutely anything for my kiddos" What the heck??? This kid gets home made food in every possible form, but i can't get myself to prep enough for me to have lunch most days 🤯🤦‍♀️ Nutrition is hardest for me. Also, these pouch things are so cool! Sweet potato, spinach, pineapple. Gonna test one out for him for lunch 🤞🤞

Exhausted, it was a tough night of sleep (maybe we are n a sleep regression/progression), but it was lovely morning at the park.

Wednesday Chest Day!
Now that I’ve been through it once, I went heavier… and woo, even with feeling energetic after waking up this one had me feeling tired by the end 😆 The push ups in the insanity were rude. But I did it! Tomorrow I’m resting, then 2 back to back spin days!!! I’ll miss you guys in the gym… plan is to be back in and maybeeee a double on Sunday - we’ll see how I feel. ☺️
