Thursday
Back to be tired again. Rough sleep nite. Ate too close to bed and crazy intense dream which kept me reeling for a bit. Feeling hung over tired today. No workout just some stretching and a short walk in the pad before work. To bed early tonight.

Checking in at the end of hump day (my rest/active recovery-mobility) day. I usually shoot to add a walk on my pad which helps, but today I also just was up and running around a lot between two different sites which helped. I wanted to get in an outdoor walk but the rain started as soon as I walked out :( Finishing another day happy with how much I moved, especially since I still feel low on energy! Looking forward to many more opportunities to get outside once this second burst of winter passes!
Tired
Mobility- full body recalibrate . Sore muscles and just having some difficulty with time change. I go to bed super early becuz I’m up before the sun. But trying to be tired at 730-8 is difficult because my body and brain are saying it’s only 630. So I end up being up later but the alarm still goes off in am without enough quality sleep. This should be a mandatory week off of work so bodies can recalibrate to the new time.
I did it!!!
My trainer set me a new programme last week, to do 5 x 40kg sandbag to shoulder ...and make it quick!!! Last week I managed 2 and thought...nope I am done. This week I did it....but oh it was a lot heavier than I thought 😩 but still pretty pleased with myself 🤷🏼‍♀️

End of day check in
It’s been a crazy few days here. I think the sickness is finally leaving the house. Though I have a cough that is lingering and my voice is almost fully back. Sleep has been a bit better but still a few wake ups during the night. He has fought his usual nap time and pushed it later in the day which has thrown us off a bit when trying to keep a routine and schedule. Yesterday he refused his nap that made the afternoon and evening a bit rough but we managed. Today went well. Little guy slept in till after 6am and the hubby took him out this morning and let me sleep in. With him sleeping later meant his nap time was later and he had a good nap but that pushed his bed time. Here’s hoping this time change(spring forward - losing an hour) doesn’t make things to crazy and different.
