Looking for something new
Not feeling current programming. Any recommendations for new program. Looking for strength training with minimal cardio. Any help appreciated. So today is my simulation day. Extremely anxious - almost paralyzed with anxiety. So grateful for my amazingly supportive and loving husband trying to do what he can to keep me calm - here’s to my hopefully last step in this journey.

Cardio Fix
Another day off from work! Using all the PTO I can before my last day of work on 5/12. The decision to leave where I currently am was very tough. But return to office, the inflexibility, and the almost hour commute has been difficult. I have not found my groove and have felt all over the place. Looking forward to familiarity and more flexibility with my new job!

Strength and conditioning
Wow that style flew by with only 3blocks of work. Endurance, power and slides all in one. Loved the format! finished with a little bonus abs snd now adding some steps before my day. Going for another 10 means I have to continue to get up and do my loop at work at least 4 times today - that alone should get me to 1600. Cool to know if I did 5 it would be around 2000 just on those loops alone (obviously I move more). It’s kinda cool how when you make it a game it feels fun instead of like another “to do”.
