Back to be tired again. Rough sleep nite. Ate too close to bed and crazy intense dream which kept me reeling for a bit. Feeling hung over tired today. No workout just some stretching and a short walk in the pad before work. To bed early tonight.

Tired
Mobility- full body recalibrate . Sore muscles and just having some difficulty with time change. I go to bed super early becuz I’m up before the sun. But trying to be tired at 730-8 is difficult because my body and brain are saying it’s only 630. So I end up being up later but the alarm still goes off in am without enough quality sleep. This should be a mandatory week off of work so bodies can recalibrate to the new time.
Back to work
Woke up earlier than alarm ( had to pee) very proud of my weight progression this am. Feeling more confident in me . My sleep was a lil low last nite but I ate heavier and more sugar than used to and I think had difficult time winding down becuz I really was going to bed earlier becuz of time change

Monday
Had a 3 day weekend so feeling more relaxed and well rested becuz I don’t have the mondY rush. Got in nice quiet walk and upper body pull that really pushed my limits.

Welcome DST
Walk and lower body day AGAIN. - went higher in weights and feeling strong. Really is making a difference throwing in recovery mobility and rest days more frequently. Really giving myself recovery time.
