Extremely emotional this am - start my treatment today and could t be more anxious or scared. Took it out in a workout which felt great !!! Focus is keeping busy until appt this afternoon !!!

Not feeling my best so just stretched it out and keeping it slow and no pressure on me today. Plan to sit in hot tub and enjoy the sun and a relaxing Sunday.

Leg day again. Still not great sleep but got in my movement. Hopefully will be able to finish my walk after work.

Got my treatment start date for Tuesday. Even though this is what I have been waiting for I’m feeling overly anxious that it’s actually here and hoping I can manage my energy for the next five weeks. Today I did all out legs and.cardio intervals and felt great. May not be saying that tomorrow lol. Happy Saturday.
