Mobility- full body recalibrate . Sore muscles and just having some difficulty with time change. I go to bed super early becuz I’m up before the sun. But trying to be tired at 730-8 is difficult because my body and brain are saying it’s only 630. So I end up being up later but the alarm still goes off in am without enough quality sleep. This should be a mandatory week off of work so bodies can recalibrate to the new time.
