Chest - tried going a lil heavier since it was 2nd try at this workout. Still feeling tired and Oura ring readiness was 68. Time to look into what is impacting recovery.

Okkkayyy. That is going to be interesting tomorrow on a spin bike 😳😬 I did the second two sets of goblet squats off the bench, I am too short for it to be effective using the bench so it actually works better for me off of it. Anyone else?

That makes sense of being too short and why I don’t get anything from that exercise.

Improved my sleep debt by going to bed earlier but definitely not recovered. I could feel it as I started workout and wasn’t able to complete due to exhaustion. I completed 20 minutes and will walk and try again this afternoon if energy returns. Early to bed earlier!!!

@Amanda Steele my abs are so sore it hurts to cough. But feeling good that I’ve targeted them. Abs are my hardest muscles to engage
Recovery/self care
Foam roll/ stretch and sauna to recover from an intense 3 days of showing myself how much I can do !! Early to bed - my Oura ring telling me I am 2 hrs in sleep debt. See morning crew in am 😀😴😴😴😴
