Current supplements I am using
Let me be clear that you do not need to buy what I buy, use what I use, or buy any supplements from me in order to be here…. If there is anything I learned in my wellness certification experience it is that you 100% get results without powders or pills or high cost “promises”. Be skeptical & do your research before you buy anything that seems to good to be true. Your daily habits (tracking and weighing/measuring your food, regular movement, quality sleep, enough rest, stress management, your happiness) are alllllll more important than a supplement 💣 I choose to use these because I like them, I can afford them (thankfully!) and they make my life easier, but I won’t continue to pretend like you must use them to be successful and see results on your journey! That is not fair or true. I am sharing authentically and just allowing you to make any informed decisions to make your own life and journey easier and more enjoyable too!

Protein
Do you have a suggestion for a good clean protein powder? I loved Shakeology vegan. Most protein powder just taste gross to me. Especially vanilla 🤮 These workouts require protein and hydration. I need help
Breakfast with the little sir
I am having so much fun with my son and this phase of introducing food. Helps offer a balanced diet for both of us!

I am listening! What else do you need/want??
Hey friends!! I just had to come in here today because over the past few weeks, so many of you have been sharing the same struggle — 👉 wanting more high-protein meal ideas 👉 that don’t rely on meat (that cost can add up!! $$$) 👉 that are SIMPLE & inexpensive (spending less money at the grocery store is worth this investment alone!) 👉 and actually help you hit your goals …so I took your feedback straight to my laptop and spent the last two weeks putting something special together just for this community. Everyday Energy: High-Protein Veggie Meals is LIVE in my store: http://like-the-metal-llc.square.site/product/everyday-energy-high-protein-veggie-meals/3W3EJQBPXF7MWTVA3KKQOLKB?cp=true&sa=true&sbp=false&q=false It’s 40 recipes — all macro-friendly, higher protein, higher fiber, and totally meat-free.These are the kinds of meals you'll get inside: - High-Protein Guacamole - Peanut Butter Freezer Fudge - Lentil pasta dishes - Chickpea bowls and wraps - A protein mug cake - Fried rice - Cozy soups + comfort foods (hello lasagna soup and high protein mac & cheese) And yes, they ALL include estimated macros + fiber, because I know how helpful that is when you’re trying to eat well without overthinking it. And speaking of this community — the cranberry sauce moment today made my whole day 😂❤️ @Christa Held said she tried putting it in oatmeal since I suggested it and “can confirm… this rocks!” YES!!! This is EXACTLY what I wanted to help you do with my Thanksgiving Leftovers Inspiration Guide — take everyday foods and make them more nourishing, more balanced, and more YOU. Which brings me to this…If the cookbook isn’t what you need right now, or you want something smaller + budget-friendly, the Thanksgiving Leftovers Guide might be the perfect fit for you. You can unlock it here with a Premiere membership (only $15!!!) or buy it for just $5 in my online store:

Dinner
Leftover turkey that was added to yellow curry sauce from Trader Joe’s with celery, carrot, onion and bell pepper all over brown rice. Great way to use the leftover turkey.
