Core Cardio
This morning was a quick fit for my workout. I can tell I am getting distracted in the morning so I am not starting as early as I would like. Of course Joel kept adding to the core moves today. It was a crunch heavy workout. By the end I was surprised I could get off the floor. Caitlynn slpet through the night so I had a bit more ent today.

Tuesday
I have been horrible about checking in lately. I have been doing my workout but not always in the morning. I have been getting distracted or been tired. Caitlynn was wide awake around 3:30 am this morning and stayed up until 4:45 am. This momma needed more sleep this morning. I got in a lunch workout though. I am definitely lifting heavier this week which feels so good. I am noticing it on the scale in muscle percentage. The weights isn't going down but as long as I feel good and my muscles to fat ratio is better that it my measure of success.
Tuesday
Mobility and Week 5 Day 1
Yesterday I did my mobility and Flexibility before taking Caitlynn to a doctor's appointment. Today was lower body after a quick morning work call. Joel introduced the ladder, that meant a whole extra minute of each exercise. Not sure I have enough weights to do them. I had to pause to adjust my adjustable weights. My weights also decided to jam on me so that was interesting.
Blood work results
Oh my god - i had to get a lipid panel retest this morning because at my physical in October my triglycerides were super high as well as my LDL and overall cholesterol. I went today and my triglycerides have dropped 220 points (!), total cholesterol down 30 points and my non HDL was down 30 points too! i seriously can't believe it!

Local group gathering
Open to ANYONE who lives close by! @Kristen Burns and I decided that since next Saturday's forecast is too good to pass up, we'd like to get the kids (AND US) together. Where: Cedar Beach Park/Playground When: Anytime after 10am -- Stay as long as you want! What: Yap with the ladies (don't feel the need to be a mom to join us!! all women welcome!) and let the kids play and get out the energy! Feel free to bring your own coffee, energy drink, and/or snacks!! :)
