Day was kinda good, Alhamdulillah 🌤️💕 🍽️ Meal 1: 6 tbsp boiled rice with mixed lentils (no tarka) + 1 tbsp mango pickle 👩👧👦 Outing with kids: Enjoyed some popcorn 🍿 and 2 bites of vanilla cone 🍦 🍽️ Dinner: 5–6 tbsp rice with 3 tbsp lentils ☕ 1 cup tea with ½ alsi laddu 🍬 Real life moment: Sweet box came from Pakistan 😭 Those juicy gulab jamun & rasgullay were calling me… 😒😒 Ate just ONE even though dil 3–4 ka tha 🥹 💧 Water: 2.5 liters 👟 Steps: 11k Not perfect, but mindful, active & controlled and that’s what matters. 🌟💪 Consistency over perfection, always 🤍
