Breakfast chicken and egg filling sandwich and potatoes and bell pepper mix with a cup of tea Lunch is again burger with kabab in it and cup of tea For dinner I have biryani with dahi phulki and salad I can’t do steps or exercise as I was busy doing pending work and home chores as on every weekend @Laraib Awais
