Introduction
Hi everyone, I saw Andres' videos on Facebook and was totally impressed. I've played competitive volleyball my whole life and now, at 37, I have huge knee and shoulder problems. I'm sure this training will help me a lot so I can play sports pain-free again. I'm looking forward to this journey with you all!

Hey @Andre Victorian, I did the first session of the HYS and knee programs, and my shoulders and knees feel great. My shoulders really opened up, and my knees immediately feel more stable and better. Will do those sessions 3x this week and then progress. I also did the first session of the back and hip programs, but I'm having trouble with my hips because they're incredibly tight and inflexible, and I can't get into the movements or stretches effectively. I feel like it would help to train my hips a bit before going into these stretching positions, so the muscles can relax a little.

Learn the first set of principles and processes 2) Begin Good Guys Build Backs (GGBB) start with #GGBB Session #1 10/9/2025 and repeat it 2-3x during a seven day period. 3) If you have shoulder issues, also start with #HYS: #1, which can be done with 2) without conflict, 2-3x during the same seven day period. 4) GGBB pairs exceptionally well with Hips of Fury. Begin #HOF One 9/19/2025 This is more intense work that begins strengthening your hips at length all the way around the sockets, and makes ALL of the straddle work more accessible. Same deal with 2-3x/week. 5) Enter the Straddle is perfect if you can sit in s straddle position with a 90 ° spread, and have the ability to lean forward and put your hands on the floor unassisted. #ETS Session One 9/1/2025 is the beginning of lifetime changes. Numbers 4) and 2) are exceptional to make this whole series far superior. Repeat all training choices twice weekly at a minimum. You will gain wisdom with the training that you repeat, and repeating it will give you more time to properly adapt. Expect to see noticeable positive changes after a couple of weeks of consistent work. @Andre Victorian Ah I see, thank you! =)
First ETS session
Just did my first ETS session and I felt sensations in my low back and pelvis that I've never felt before (in a good way). My ability to produce a strong contraction with my hamstring by driving my heel into the floor in that lengthened position is hilariously weak and I get why I've always had issues opening up here now. So excited to keep pushing this paradigm. One question i have is that at one point in the session we're required to internally rotate the leg while you have one hand behind you, until the inside of the foot is on the ground. It seems like i hardly have any ability to internally rotate my hip like that. It rotates maybe 25-30 degrees max, so i basically get zero access to my adductors. Will continuing HOF give me access to that position.

Kick development thanks to FlexTheory
Just wanted to share a short clip from class where we did a kicking drill I didn't think I'd be able to do at 45 years of age and 2.5 years of learning martial arts. We did 20 sets of this per leg (1 set is a front kick, roundhouse and hook kick) and some extra while moving forwards. A huge thanks to Andre's FlexTheory for helping me to build a mind-body connection and strength to my glutes, hamstrings, and my glute-hamstring junction so far. I've done FT for a little over 6 weeks now. This has given me greater balance, more opened hips (I've still got way more to go in that department), and the ability to change directions quicker. Keep flexing hard, everyone! I get excited when I read and see your progress!
