Recording Voice failed
FYI: I was using voice to text on my computer to answer the questions but then I saw that you could record your voice through using Skool’s recorder under the questions so I started using that instead BUT after talking into it for several minutes, it failed to produce a script so I lost the entire train of thought. I am going to go back to voice to text so I can see the text being written as I speak rather than recording it with Skool’s tool and then hoping it might produce the script.

I had the same thing happen - I talked for longer than it could handle, so I just used my phone's voice to text to type my rambles into the box.
Day One
I wasn't able to join at 3am my time 😅 but I just watched the video and worked through the questions with the AI. It's got a lovely tone, incidentally. Very kind and encouraging. 🧠 Biggest insight: I struggle with moving forward with things that really matter to me because I internalised that perfection was a requirement for acceptance as a child, and I am personally responsible for foreseeing and mitigating every threat, including other people's feelings, reactions, and choices. It sounds ridiculous on the page, but you know what's more ridiculous? Putting the responsibility for regulating grown adults on a six year old child. ⚡️ My open loop is: cutting back aggressive large plants threatening to break my garden bed. 💛 One word for how I feel right now: Overwhelmed.

Two months ago: 500 members. Today: over 2,200 🤯 Soon, we're going live with the next round of the ADHD Harmony 5-Day Challenge. Last time, people showed up thinking "this probably won't work for me." Then Day 3 hit and members started crying from the AI reflections. They closed loops they'd been avoiding for months. They posted wins they never thought they'd have. Their moms started sending testimonials. 😂 (yes, really) Improved content. New energy. And a community 5x bigger. This will be your moment! 👇 Vote below: what's your biggest ADHD struggle right now? 💬 Or let me know in the comments below!

All are familiar, but lately overwhelm has been kind of making everything worse.
New for March 2026
Hi everyone. I'm Jacqui. I'm 58 from sunny Lancashire. I'm looking to find answers. I'm late diagnosed and although I've always felt different never thought of ADHD even though both my children have it. I'm a massive oversharer, people pleaser, burnt out mess at the minute but this is my beginning. This is for me. I salute you all for the daily struggles and the fact that we are being proactive is amazing. Peace and love to everyone ❤️

Week 2 - Biology Surprise
Finally completed Week 2 Worksheet and the insight on my order of focus areas, dominoes, was the reverse of what I was expecting. I was expecting Sleep to be my first domino to get everything else moving in the right direction since I am always so tired. But to my surprise, the AI looked at my patterns and saw Nutrition was the part I really needed to get a handle on first. Starting January, I had been focusing on making sure my first food of the day was protein and that had made a big difference in my days. But the worksheet insights made me realize that if I eat that protein earlier in my day it will have an even greater positive impact. I have developed a tendency over the past couple of years or not eating in the morning. It got to the point I didn't even like to think or talk about food before noon. Now, on day 2 of making sure to eat breakfast, even just a quick handful of nuts or a cup of bone broth, before 10am I am thankful for the AI suggestion. Had consistent energy all day yesterday. No caffeine. No afternoon headache. Slept well. Well, slept well until my son woke me up at 4:30am 🤪. So, protein before 10am, preferably earlier - withing 90 minutes of waking, is now on my non-negotiable every day morning routine. --- THE FIRST DOMINO: NUTRITION I know you expected me to say sleep. And your sleep pattern IS problematic—the revenge bedtime procrastination is real. But here's what I see: You can't fix sleep while your days feel like survival. Your 3pm crash isn't tiredness—it's your blood sugar hitting the floor because you "kept putting off stopping to prepare and eat." Your headaches aren't random—they're your body begging for fuel. Your "second wind" at night isn't natural energy—it's your brain desperately seeking the focus it couldn't find during the day. Nutrition is your first domino because: - Without stable fuel, morning movement makes you "exhausted and aching" - Without stable fuel, your clarity window shrinks to 3-4 hours - Without satisfying days, you'll keep revenge-procrastinating your nights

The protein thing! Yes! I received a sample of a 'protein water' supplement a while back, and it blew my mind how much better I felt taking it.

@Pam Raney it's so much easier to take (for me) than the whey or pea protein based protein powders. I can't handle the thick chalky texture. I think the water must use collagen peptides or marine collagen as their base.
