Shut down from shock
Since August I have had some major breakthroughs and healing in so many areas - being present, addressing past trauma, inner child healing, forgiveness of myself and others. I’ve learned to be present and feel my feelings instead of numbing them. But then last week I was diagnosed with a heart condition with up to 33% chance of sudden cardiac death in the next two years without treatment. I am not a candidate for treatment because my heart function is too low for treatment. Ever since this news I feel like I have reverted. I feel nothing yet about the diagnosis and I feel very little about much else. Any tips how to get back on track?

That is a lot of information for you to process. It also seems that you are having success in healing past trauma. Have you thought about getting a second opinion on your heart condition if possible? Sending hugs and prayers. 💕

@Leslie Welky thank you for the clarification. You are being very proactive and I wish the best outcome for you. 💕
Self Practice 178
Today I focused on being grateful for another day on this earth, the ability to breathe and move my body freely.

That's awesome that you recognize no matter what else is going on in our lives, or the world, we can be grateful. It is a mindset that's worth growing. 💕
My intention always!
To continue on my journeys growth! I have come a long way! What Iam looking for, is looking forrward to meeting me! And Iam letting it find me, because Iam an observer, and I see all that shows me the signs! I pay attention to how my body feels in every situation, and I have found the strength and courage to set boundaries, not as walls, more as a reminder that my all is important too! Why? Because in order to be present as I serve others, I got to fill up my cup first! So that I don’t pour from an empty cup! And my cup runneth over!! ❤️My heart is full of gratitude!! Thank you all for the 3 days workshop! As always, AMAZING!

Hi Beatriz, I really appreciate how you use boundaries as a means to stay grounded in your light. To serve others includes service to ourselves. Our mind and body have rights on us. Well done!
- Nature as Co-Regulator
Going to the beach weekly has changed how I relate to nature. I have used her in the past going out to purple flower to let the stress leave me. But now I don’t go outside to just “clear my head”—I go to let the tide hold it for a while. When I feel off, I walk barefoot on the sand. I take a breath I let the sun shine on my face I feel the wind's warm embrace I let the salt air unclench my jaw. I listen to the waves like they’re old friends who don’t need me to explain. This isn’t a wellness trick . It's a ritual of return. Nature doesn’t fix me. She reminds me I’m part of her. What’s your nature ritual?

I love how you are leaning into nature and letting her support your wellness. It is a great practice to slow down and tap into your senses. You really captured and beautifully matched your senses to your body. Powerful healing. 💕
