Hello! About 10 years ago I was a energy worker n massage therapist but I moved from LA to TN n had license issues n couldn't keep going back n forth so I let it go. I've been on a spiritual journey ignoring my supposed path. But I'm working my way back but I was taken this journey more about self this time. Learning n relearning who I was n am. I've noticed I was holding my breath along with the growing stress I was experiencing. So I'm greatful to have found this group to teach me how to breath again n to help me find me again. So ty for being here. I want this experience to help me find new ways to experience life n grow n get out of my isolation that's been fighting me to dim my light. I'm ready to expand my horizons!
