Andrew Huberman's brain
I got inspired by the great work of @Andrew Kirby who prepared searchable databases of Alex Hormozi and Naval. I did something similar for Andrew Huberman's Podcast: - I took all of his podcast episodes - Summarized them and created a searchable database - Built a custom GPT on top of the database The GPT searches the most relevant podcast sections and answers health/performance-related questions based on the found resources. It also provides links that allow users to dive deeper into the topics of interest. I'm sharing how I'm using this GPT in the YouTube video. You can find the link to the GPT there. Hope you enjoy it, any feedback is appreciated, Luke

@Clark Kent Hey Alfredo! Any of these would be possible, but it would require repeating the steps done for Huberman Podcast, i.e. - getting transcripts - splitting them by YT sections - summarizing - building the database - creating API and GPT For now, everything was done with custom Python scripts and would require a bit of refactoring to make it easy to add new podcasts. I'd like to work on that soon, will keep you updated in the Synthesizer School if I have something new :)

Here are a few ideas that came to my mind. 1. Writing frameworks Having a writing framework to follow might be helpful. For example, in this video, Dan Koe describes APAG framework that he follows in his writing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_VLZ4b9LHLs There are more of course like AIDA, PASO to name a few. 2. Use ChatGPT to tweak your copy You can take your first version of copy, select a writing framework from the first point and ask ChatGPT to tweak the existing copy to follow the selected framework. 3. Analyze how others are doing it, emulate This is in the heart of the Synthesizer. Again, this can be done with ChatGPT, e.g. using VoxScript GPT. You give it the link of the video you want to analyze, and ask it to look for any structures and storytelling techniques used in the video. Then you try to apply similar techniques to your videos and storytelling. Hope it helps!
9 Steps To Get A Valuable Audience Fast (from a 600k subs YouTuber)
I have 654,258 YouTube subscribers. And I got a client from 0 → 200k subs in 9 months. Here’s 9 steps to get a valuable audience fast: --- If you'd prefer to read this on Twitter, here's a link: https://twitter.com/IAmAndrewKirby/status/1760041334910710169 --- Step 1: Use the Viral YouTuber Morning Routine A bad idea with perfect execution will flop. A good idea with poor execution could go viral. The simplest path to better video ideas is to spend more time on video ideas. Volume negates luck. Spend 10 mins every morning brainstorming. --- Step 2: Avoid the Dancing Monkey trap I know YouTubers with millions of subs who are going broke. I know YouTubers with thousands of subs who are making $100,000/month. Not all views are equal. Education > Entertainment "Educational YouTubers with 10,000 subs are making more money than Entertainment YouTubers with 1,000,000 subs" --- Step 3: Provide Insights at Scale Views + $$$ come after you become a trusted advisor. You become a trusted advisor by providing insights at scale. More insights per second → more attention and trust "The success formula: solve your own problems and freely share the solutions." - Naval Ravikant --- Step 4: Go Insight Mining Everyone has insights. Whether you're an expert or not. Create a note called 'Insight Mining'. Write down the lessons you've learned recently. You can look through your notes, or ask "what do I know now that I didn't one year ago?" "We are drowning in information, while starving for wisdom. The world henceforth will be run by synthesizers, people able to put together the right information at the right time, think critically about it, and make important choices wisely." - E.O Wilson --- Step 5: Find Viral Packaging

Great insight right there! The little pieces of information like the before-after thumbnail makes it even more valuable.
What problems are your running into?
I was curious - what problems were you guys running into in attempting to build/grow your online brand / digital community ? What are the growing pains of an eager synthesizer? - finding a niche? - being creative / unique? - developing a product / paid offer around your interest? - getting traction on X / YouTube? - getting people into your Skool group? - getting members active and participatory once within? - transitioning members from free to paid? - creating a solid course with content you are proud of and certain can create a transformation for your clients? - retaining members? - self doubt, imposter syndrome, overwhelm, feeling shame for not having it all figured out ? - do have the comparison bug? - too caught up in your own head / story that you’ve lost an objective awareness of the market and your place within it? - resistance towards getting on camera? - never getting the discipline to put that weekly newsletter/video together? - the chirp of crickets in response to your cold outreach? - does the content you create continuously disappoint you or are the results of its distribution constantly falling short of your goals? - are things taking too much time and personal effort ( no ability to systemitize ) ? - is whatever you’ve begun working on something you could see yourself doing for the next 10 years? is there a deeper sense of purpose intermingled within? are you simply farming cheddar ? - are you operating in your area of genius / zone of 1 or just where you’re good/great/knowledgeable? - does the quality of your content beat out that of all your competitors/hit a spot they can’t ? - are you losing relationships / sacrifing health ? I would love to hear what struggles you’ve been facing on this journey of being a synthesizer. Perhaps there are none and you’ve been killing it (bravo🥳). For those still running into problems, or for those that were still seeking to do even more, what’s been on your mind about the business you are building and your experience of life? What has been frustrating you? What do you believe has been holding you back? Let it all out ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Sticking to the thing for enough period of time to achieve success is something I struggled. The Skool gave me clarity - I went all in on creating the community.

@Shane Thornton Wow, thank you for taking the time to go through the video and the feedback! Yeah, I'm not the most charismatic person on Earth and it probably shows (we're both INTJs) 😅 - next videos, I will try to make them shorter and a lot more actionable. This one was just an introduction to what I'm planning to do. Not sure about the "trying to do too much" part. Only the first two modules will be less AI-heavy as I want to give the beginners a system where they can structure their thoughts - I thought it would be valuable as honestly, this system plays a big role in how I'm planning, doing research, and creating content + creates clarity for my projects. However, I'll observe whether this is something that subtracts - if so, I'll pivot to focusing on AI + Synthesis only. Thank you once again for checking it out and hope to see you around in the AI Synthesizers community!
Storytelling… A Superpower!
I’ve been seeing a pattern lately with content… Maybe it’s my RAS (reticular activating system) that’s at play here but I’ve been seeing a lot about the importance of storytelling. I would say I have a basic understanding of storytelling but I know it’s an area I can improve on as I’m currently reigniting my YouTube passion as I’ve been away for the last year. Does anyone have any tips, resources or people that you could point me in the right direction to learn more about storytelling, specifically as it relates to creating YouTube videos?

@Mathew Muskeyn Embrace the path of a synthesizer: - Consume content of people who are great storytellers - Analyze their content (I often use ChatGPT for that) - Practice! Apply the techniques to your content

@Mathew Muskeyn I'm gonna be sharing that inside my free community over the next month! But TLDR is, ChatGPT can extract structures from YT transcripts or basically any text, so you can use it to learn storytelling :)
