Case study for Facebook ads?
Hi all, I had a successful DBR campaign with a fitness and did a case study video with the owner. Normally it should be around 5-10 minutes, but the video is 19mins. I have a few questions: 1) Should i edit it more or is that ok? 2) Can i use the casestudy video itself for facebook ads or do i make a shorter video and redirect them to the full case study video? QR Codes for appointment tracking
I saw a youtube video earlier today about using QR codes with GHL and it got me thinking We help fitness studios get more members using the 10 day free trial but we try to get the client to close the sale on day 1 or 2. Also we get some commission on shows. Usually people show an image of the text they got or of the schedule they've seen when they walk in, and then the client would have to manually mark them as shown or no show, but with the QR code we could automate that step, making the tracking a bit simpler for the client, however we don't know if this will effect the clients ability to close on that 1st or 2nd day. logically it seems like the QR code would almost "solidify" the idea that they get 10 days for free and it might cause a bit of push back in that sales process. I would love to get anyone's thoughts on this before we try to implement it in out system.

Great idea, I see indeed that the gyms don't mark the appointments always, so adding this would be much easier for the client and for us to do the follow up. I'm not sure what it would do for the sales process either.
How much to pay an VA to manage accounts?
Hello, I launched my first DR and it was successful. I am ready to take more customers and scale. The question I have is : how much should i pay my VA to manage the accounts? Do you pay a fee per account, per appointment, or is it better to work with an hourly rate? I don't have a lot of customers right now, so paying by the hour will be expensive for now, but not if she is managing 30 accounts of course. Any ideas? Thanks!
First DR campaign for fitness (in progress 60%)
Hi all, This morning I was very excited to start my first DR campaign for a gym. I got a few gyms for a free trial to get some testimonials. I have a list of 2000 contacts for this gym. Day 1: DR offer: Hey <firstname>, it's Ashley at <gym>. Today we are giving away a few FREE 10 day passes, if you want one, just reply 'ME'. If you want us to stop texting, reply stop. 100 contacts sent 3 opt ins but no appointments 7 opt outs I was a bit disappointed, but I will keep going! Day 2: DR offer: Hey <firstname>, it's Ashley at <gym>. Today we are giving away a few FREE 10 day passes, if you want one, just reply 'ME'. If you want us to stop texting, reply stop. 100 contacts sent 2 optins but no appointment 5 optouts Day 3: DR offer: Hey <firstname>, it's Ashley at <gym>. Today we are giving away a few 10 day passes! Do you want one? If you want me to stop texting, reply stop. 100 contacts sent 6 optins 3 appointments 1 buddypass 5 opt outs Today was a good day! Day 4: DR offer: Hey <firstname>, it's Ashley at <gym>. Today we are giving away a few 10 day passes! Do you want one? If you want me to stop texting, reply stop. 6 optins 3 appointments 2 buddypass 9 optouts We feel for sure there is more traction and follow-up systems are doing its job. It's a perfect start for both of us, so we will keep doing the remaining list. But we will do another test with personalized WhatsApp message outreach, which is more popular in Europe. Also we took over their 'lost leads' being the missed calls and the GMB chat, so we will start working these leads from now on. Day 12 of sending messages: We fine-tuned the process and we are doing 5–14 appointments per day including the buddy pass and around 7 opt outs per day. We still have half of the list to go, so everything is working very well. Ready to scale! Clear winner is: if you want one, just reply 'ME'. If you want us to stop texting, reply stop. Thank you
