How much to pay an VA to manage accounts?
Hello,
I launched my first DR and it was successful. I am ready to take more customers and scale.
The question I have is : how much should i pay my VA to manage the accounts? Do you pay a fee per account, per appointment, or is it better to work with an hourly rate?
I don't have a lot of customers right now, so paying by the hour will be expensive for now, but not if she is managing 30 accounts of course.
Any ideas?
