I am setting up my first DR campaign and was supposed to show it to my client tomorrow. I bought a toll free number 5 days ago to use but it still has not been approved. When testing the DR 1 Walk In today, I would get the first message but when i would reply to it I would never get the Dr 2 Walk In Lead Nurture reply. I finally found in the logs that Twilio DND's my phone number I was sending the test to. I sent the test multiple times, the first message would always arrive (even after the DND from Twilio) but the 2nd DR2 message would not arrive after I replied "YES" Should I just wait for the toll free number to be approved? Any idea on wait times?

Hello community, I saw the Lvl 1: High Ticket Retainers Course. It make me rethink my offer. Robb guide us to propose appointments instead of leads with leadnurturing and DR. I want to work with Construction/Home Services (Kitchen, Bathroom, Pools & Spa, etc..). I haven't decide for a subniche yet since i'm starting and want to test. My questions are : - Is it relevant to offer appointments instead of lead ? since sometimes the contractor needs to make the appointment at the owner's home. - Is the DR campaign relevant for this niche ? most of the time it's a one shoot sale.

I'm new to all of this but I happened upon some Gohighlevel YT videos and decided to go for it. I've been watching every video I can find, taking notes and such. There are so many affiliates with 30 day trials and their own unique offers to people just starting out. I felt like it was a big decision just choosing who to sign up under but I'm choosing Robb Bailey, who I also found on YT, because I like the DR campaign approach and I love the white label agency in the war chest. As far as niches are concerned, I'm deciding between home remodeling, gyms, and med spas. I'm super excited to get started but nervous as hell because I'm not a salesperson. This is totally out of my comfort zone. I'm a quiet person and just not a talker. I do believe in the software and helping people so that's what I'll focus on. I saw a video where a guy was selling his agency via cold calls and I loved his approach so Im going to adopt it. My goal is to obtain one client within the first 30 days via cold call. I plan to start networking locally, especially within the meetups from my local business Facebook group. It's a chance to get comfortable asking questions and offering services.
So I'm in the process of getting my AI automations agency up an running full speed, loving GHL an all it's features, plan on using it for my clients. But I'm mainly focused on the AI Chat bot side of things an there's allot to do to get everything up an going so I was thinking about looking for a business partner, someone who had strengths in the areas where I don't an visa versa, I read allot of comments about having a business partner, watched some videos about it, an about building a team. An it's about 50/50. Some people say don't get a partner, some say it's the best decision they made. So I'm kinda stuck I would love to build a dream team of like minded people to help me build a 50k+ a month business. An that idea of having a partner that works as hard as me, an we keep each other in line focused on the goal is awesome but all the bad stuff I heard makes me erry about it What do you guys think? Let's say you get flagged as spam by the larger authority on SMS, can you just dump your A2P number, get a new one and re-apply? I know A2P is tied to the business name, but I am not sure if you can dump and re-apply with a new number. Obviously they would see the first, but has anyone done this or experienced similar?

I am about to go hard at local FB groups marketing post. Has anyone had a lot of experience with this? I want to funnel them from the group in a "Anyone looking to land 10 new clients in the next 8 days?" style post (but not that cringy). "Yes" comments get a link to a webinar, which lead to 1:1 meets. Any advice on this or some catchy one liners that don't say "DR" or "Database Reactivation" etc in the hook? TIA!
So I am performing my 2nd DR. Where I am confused is how do we prevent getting flagged for Opt-Out %'s and Error %'s. After reading the GHL rules and regulations (and also getting a first hand familiarity with these in my first DR attempt) it seems as though the threshold are: < 1% for Opt-Outs on SMS are a 24H SMS Freeze -> It doesn't really define when this kicks in though. For example, if I send 200 SMS my first day and I have 10 Opt-Outs in the first 10 messages sent, would I be stopped then? What is the threshold for this to take effect? >12.5% Errors in Sending. (Such as hitting a landline) My ultimate issue is when first working with a new client you have NO IDEA what will or won't error and since they have never really used their list, there is going to be a higher than normal level of opt-outs at first. How do we go about protecting the sub-account from temp bans to these and more importantly overall prevent the number from being flagged as spam?
Does someone have a good framework to follow up with leads? I get pretty good results with my cold campaigns, but apparently the follow up after they show interest is not as powerful as my initial email sequence and they get cold/unresponsive. I am not looking for copy and paste sequences, just some advice and best practices! In exchange, I am happy to audit your settings to check and improve your deliverability 🙏🏻

Can please someone explain to me why so many people (Also Robb) sell the affiliate link to get 40% of GHL instead of selling their customized Whitelabel where they could have a much higher margin? I don´t get it but maybe I am missing something
I'm in the UK but will quote the figures in $$$ A few weeks ago I noticed a FB ad that had a great video but was otherwise, not great. The ad went straight to FB Messenger so I messaged him in the nicest possible way 'love your ad but it will never work' and sure enough, 3 days later he came back to me and said 'you're right, yours is the only message I got from the ad'. This told me 2 things, 1. I was right (duh) 2. he had no concept of speed to lead since he took 3 days to answer. Long story short he agreed to a discovery Zoom, after which I did another Zoom with a MCTB + DBR demo, both of which went terribly as GHL was so slow that day. Typical 😑 He runs a video promo company, 2 employees, been in business for over 5 years. With 1 new customer every week he must have a DB of 500-1000 customers, right? Wrong. Turns out he has a lot of repeat business and his spreadsheet has like 70 people in it. Most of his customers are in Outlook installed on his MacBook. His average price for video is $1200 which is way too low, his product is really really good. His business is him, his 2 employees, some Macs, and a spreadsheet. We had 'that' conversation (GHL will save your business) and I eventually sold him a sub-account at $495pm and 8 leads a month at $1000. I say 'eventually' as I pitched him on the 2nd Zoom and he said he would think about it. I caught him as at a bad time (or was it a good time?) he had no sales on a few weeks and was worried about money. The next day he went to a conference and paid $700 for a pitch and got no sales. The next day I got the text (attached) from him saying lets go. This is not an ideal client and if I was further down the road I would have run a mile. He needs too much attention and essentially I will be more like a 'dragon' business advisor than someone automating his sales. However 1. I like him and want to help him 2. I am learning GHL / SAAS / DBR / MCTB etc. so, need the practice (ie, barely know what I'm doing) 3. If I pull this off I will have an awesome case study for my next client 4. Video prod companies could become my niche?
