But I can utilize an air fryer pretty well 😆 What was on the menu: 👉 Air-fried wild Alaskan salmon (air-fried) 👉 Elk tomahawk (cooked in air fryer, seared on pan to finish) 👉 Pasture-finished ribeye 👉 An amazing vegetable called Onion Flower stems (only had them in Thailand, a sweet and flavorful leafy green 🤙), stir fried with red peppers. 👉 Rice and finished with fruit NOTE: you don’t need to go this high-quality for protein. The micronutrient profiles between grassfed and conventional sources aren’t significantly different. Just eat more protein and veggies 👍 Would you eat this?
