Today was a special one. @Lauren Sarceda and I were both on the waitlist (she was #3, I was #5). I reached out to Coach/Owner Bobby, and without hesitation, he added Lauren under his name—no questions asked. That moment hit me. It reminded me how grateful I am to be part of a community that truly values me as a member and leads with trust and heart. I emailed Bobby to thank him because it genuinely meant a lot. His response made it even more special—he shared how thankful he was for the positive energy and hard-working spirit I bring to the studio and how it impacts the culture. 🥹💛 And the cherry on top? ✨ I finally got to meet Lauren in person and WORK OUT together! She was a total trooper—running on little sleep after Disney California the day before—and still showed up to hustle side by side with me. That meant everything. Grateful for: - A studio that shows up for its people - A coach/owner who leads with appreciation - A friendship that moved from online to real life - And of course… the fuel ⛽️ pack I got to make for her This is what community feels like. Today was a WIN. 💪🏽💛 BBB Ladies Beast Mode Together 🏋🏻‍♀️

Blessed and Thankful
3 miles on the sand this morning. I'm so happy to be back home on the island. I'm grateful for this community and focused on achieving my goals this year! Nothing can stop us from getting what we want. We just have to stay focused and push through. Have a great weekend! Get outside and get some steps in today! 🙏🏽🤙🏽👊🏽

During our 3 X weekly workouts, is it ok to implement some super sets with push ups, dips, pull ups etc. or should we follow the workouts precisely? Or even after the workout can we do more if we have the energy or strength to do so?

Success slow but steady ! 💪
This is a life time achievement. Something I will work on for the rest of my life. I will never claim to know everything or be an expert at any point in my journey. I will share what I learned to who ever is willing to listen. 👂 Still going down overall but so far not going lower than 134. Getting a little impatient but I réalise the issue lies in some bad habits with tracking so hopefully things will improve. I will also do the same weekend and weekday and not derail. I need to update my pictures more often. !!!! It’s just data 📉
