Don’t forget, you aren’t just in the commercial real estate business. You are in the business of providing solutions. If you’re talking to property owners, don’t miss an opportunity to educate them on why seller financing is one of the best options they have. Most sellers think their only choices are:-Sell for cash and take a massive tax hit-Sit on the property, dealing with tenants, toilets, and turnover. They don’t realize there’s a third way—one that benefits both them and you. Most sellers don’t offer seller financing because they don’t even know it’s an option. Yes it's amazing what we don't know. One of the sellers who turned down my offer is a broker. He first suggested a change in 2;6% the changed his mind to out right refuse to accept seller financing opting for cash with a seeming ridiculous cash price. I thought he did not understand how cash sales are structured. Thanks @Paul Thompson
