💬 Post-Q&A Reality Check (aka: Dropping the Social Eating Bomb 💣😂)
After my LIVE Q&A call with Coach Darren, I shared our convo with my partner—and let’s just say… it got real, real quick 😅 I started with: “Coach Darren answered my question on the LIVE Q&A and said I already have a head start going into the F45 6-week challenge with everything I’m already doing.” Since it’s only 6 weeks, my goal isn’t to burn myself out—but to challenge myself and maximize fat loss while keeping muscle. His advice? 👉 Don’t overcomplicate it. 👉 Keep doing what I’m already doing. 👉 Add more steps. Then came the 💣 Coach Darren also suggested cutting back on social meals to get better results. So I told my partner: “I’ll make ONE exception—the steakhouse in February for your birthday 🥩🎂. Other than that, I’m politely declining social eating until the challenge is done.” He looked at me, paused… and said: “That’s fine. I’m a little sad you won’t participate, BUT it also puts my butt in line to be successful since my social-eating buddy is going on another crazy challenge 😂.” 🏆 Teamwork looks different sometimes—but support is support ❤️ Six weeks of focus, clear boundaries, and a supportive partner = unlocked Let’s go 🔓🔥💪

Winning the personalized roadmap from @Darren Liu was so exciting and helpful and prompted me to take an updated photo. I never in a million years would have imagined putting myself out there like this but I was feeling really proud of myself and inspired to share my progress. The first picture is from May 2025 and the second is January 2026. This is from following Darren on IG and taking his advice. It isn't just about the physical changes, the mental health and self esteem benefits are life changing.🖤💪🏼

Quick question 🙋🏻‍♂️ What’s the one thing that actually makes hunger and cravings easier to deal with — not by white-knuckling it, not by distracting yourself, but in a way that feels almost unfair? I recorded a short Loom 🎥 breaking down the single most underrated “shield” I use with clients when: - hunger feels uncontrollable - cravings feel loud as hell - and willpower keeps losing It’s not a supplement. It’s not cutting XYZ food. And it works even if your calories stay the same. Most people completely overlook this because it’s not sexy….but once you see it, you can’t unsee it. How often do you train? 💪
I am working out every day right now. Not because I “have to,” but because my energy, focus, and results are at their peak when I train daily. How often do you train and what’s your reasoning behind that number?

I train I train 4-5 days a week… 3 days full-body strength + 1 day Cross Training/HIIT + 1 day outdoor anything (road bike/tennis/hiking etc). Last week I pushed too hard (3 cross training in a row) and Monday noon I crashed with fever until today 🥵 Which will definitely affect my training days for the rest of the week … #lessonlearnt
Day 3 : Food Tracking
I think I’ve used Fitness App before (in 2024) from Darren’s suggestion as well in a different program but it only lasted 3 months. I’ve downloaded it again couple of weeks back and have been consistently logging the last 3 weeks (still too early to say if it’ll maintain…). But what’s different this time is I don’t use it not only to track but also to plan ahead ! And I thought that’s quite something! And I’m actually really trying food prepping, something I haven’t been able to do before and that’ll really help to manage the cals 🤩 Onwards and upwards 🚀
