Day 3 : Food Tracking
I think I’ve used Fitness App before (in 2024) from Darren’s suggestion as well in a different program but it only lasted 3 months.
I’ve downloaded it again couple of weeks back and have been consistently logging the last 3 weeks (still too early to say if it’ll maintain…). But what’s different this time is I don’t use it not only to track but also to plan ahead ! And I thought that’s quite something!
And I’m actually really trying food prepping, something I haven’t been able to do before and that’ll really help to manage the cals 🤩
