How to create a high status social network in 25 days
If you’re like most career-focused men, you’ve been putting off meeting high quality women for a long time. It’s always “I’ll do that when…”, but the goal line keeps moving. This causes you to put it off indefinitely. Maybe deep down you’re avoiding taking action because you feel like you’re not good enough yet, or you need to reach some sort of material success. But did you know you can date incredible women and make like minded male friends, without any secret sauce? No need to waste money with dates from dating apps. No need to ruin your sleep going to the dive bar every weekend. No need to feel inauthentic cold approaching strangers. There’s a genuine way for you to date the women that excite you the most, and simultaneously make friends with influential men that will push you towards success. In three Fridays from now, imagine walking into an exclusive event with six jaw-dropping women. Everyone in the event wants to meet you. High status men get to know you. Women turn their head wondering who “that guy” is. The next day, your inbox is flooded with messages from women like “it was so great to meet you 😁❤️” This could be your reality in the next 25 days. This is the real result for Men of Action members, and it’s precisely why we have a special for April before the summer months. For this month only, our coaches have been instructed to perform a deep dive on your current life situation and give you direct guidance on how to build a high status social life in the next 25 days, completely for free. To work with us, our coaches must have exceptional results. They started in the same position as you, and have now built a dream social life for themselves with models and high-level connections in their city. If you want to be “that guy” who dates high-quality women and has high status male friendships, then click the link below and schedule a free coaching call with one of our coaches: https://m.moamentoring.com/skool-april-special

Who here is doing a lot of bodyweight training?
Hey MOA, Who here is doing a lot of bodyweight training to build strength, endurance and functional fitness? And what are you doing? I have been on the road a lot for work lately and have not been hitting the gym as much as I should and was looking for some recommendations. Thanks Team!

K Bogez is a good YT resource. I mostly do ring work now, but if I don't have rings or a pull up bar I do high volume: 3 sets of 60 OR 3 sets where I rep out for 2min, on basic exercises is enough to make you sore. Opt for a 1min set min and 2min set max that is best for hypertrophy. I time my reps/sets with a metronome which you can download on your phone. Goal is time under tension (ToT) not how fast you do them, so nice controlled reps with full range of motion is plenty to build muscle. If the rep count is too high scale it as needed. You should feel the first set towards the end, second set you'll want to stop halfway through, third set feels similar until you acclimate to the burn/pain. Each set is a variation so you don't fatigue from the volume and can target different muscles. 2min rest in between sets for full recovery. To make it more challenging stretch the target muscle for those two minutes. This also lets you block workouts into 10-15min segments. Example 1: Pushups Set 1: Decline Pushups (30 reps, 2min to finish, upper chest focus) Set 2: Planche Pushup on Floor (30 reps, 2min to front delt focus) Set 3: Standard Pushups (30 reps, 2min to finish middle chest focus) Example 2: Calf Raises with Locked Knees Set 1: Feet pointing forward (60 reps, 2min to finish) Set 2: Feet pointing outward (60 reps, 2min to finish) Set 3: Fee point inward (60 reps, 2min to finish) Workout Time: 12min duration in each example counting the 2min rest after Set 3

@Felipe Grez Good luck!
Best Cities for MOA/Dating?
Hello everyone! I'm new to the MOA community and wanted to start by introducing myself. I will be finishing up grad school by end of year and am looking to do a deep-dive on MOA once I'm settled in and have a well paying job. I wanted some input regarding living arrangements and best cities for dating/MOA. NYC born and raised, currently living in NJ, about an hour from NYC. Currently between taking a job in Denver, CO or a job in NJ. Denver job will pay a lot more, but NJ job keeps me close to NYC. I am looking to really optimize my dating, and was wondering how you guys would approach such a decision? NYC gives you more options with dating and events, but I would be earning less and wouldn't be living in NYC just visiting on weekends/holidays. I know nothing about Denver aside from it being a decent-sized city in CO. Cheers!
