Coach Kevin Question of the Day!
If I looked at your daily actions without knowing your goal, would I be able to figure out what you’re working toward? Or would your habits be telling a different story? Because sometimes there’s a gap between what we say the goal is and what our day to day actually reflects. For example, saying fat loss is the priority but weekends are consistently going off plan. Saying you want to build muscle but protein is hit or miss and workouts get skipped. Saying you’re trying but there’s no real structure holding the week together. So the honest question is this. Are you actually struggling with knowing what to do, or are you struggling to consistently do something you already understand? Let’s hear your honest answers! :)

For me it would be like you would know in terms of eating habits and walking that i am trying to get healthier, but i do struggle in terms of like strength training and getting those types of workouts in...walking that i do a lot, but like toning exercises i still struggle tho

So far on this program, I’ve really been trying my best to learn things properly, especially measuring and staying on track… and I’m excited to say I’m officially down 4.6 lbs! ā˜ŗļø Honestly, I’ve never felt this full eating 3 times a day with the nutrition plan laid out for me. But wow šŸ¤Æā€¦ who would’ve thought this actually works like this?! Big shoutout to @Darren Liu for staying consistent with his IG messages, because without that, I’d probably still be stuck trying to figure it all out šŸ˜… Feeling motivated and just getting started

Little Edits~Part 2~Coffee Lover
Hot Coffee Lover here 🫠and I love my daily hot black sugar free coffeeā˜•. Nonetheless from time to time i do enjoy an iced Spanish Latte or a an iced Caramel Macchiato. But i realized that they were high liquid calories and often took up 1/3 of my calories for the day, though i don't have it daily but at least once a week or every other week I do and i would feel guilty afterwards. So learning from the daily little tips in this community I decided to learn to order or make it better. I nowadays have it in the smaller size and the 'Zero sugar Calorie' version, not necessarily that the whole drink is 0 calories, by no means, but just lesser and even if have it with normal milk (not a fan of almond milk) it has reduced its calories to nearly half, which makes me very happy. For a normal Spanish Latte would be around 280-290kcal, with the new option and size its between 110-120kcal (from chatgpt's help in calculation). No guilt at all now 😌. This is one of the best part of this health journey is learning how to adapt and create new healthy habits and finding the joy in it, instead of being frustrated. Because a coffee ā˜• a day keeps the stress away šŸ¤—

@Lena Nguyen Yes i love a good Starbucks as well, its good because it was such a learning experience for me..if you have any alternate recipes or tweaks i can make let me knowšŸ™‚so i can try
