Little Edits~Part 4~ Travel Calorie Tracking
🏝️Well finally back home in the Seychelles.🏖️ (2 weeks in, been so busy & tired to even sit down and just relax a bit, read and update in the community, but now im more settled in🫠) ✈️Such a long journey with two connecting flights + 21 hour layover i knew i would not be able to track my calories. So i said to myself we would not backtrack and just say "forget it". Instead i said ok best for me to just have "Portion Control". 🍛 Instead of eating all the crackers, bread, cheese, fruits & desserts on the two flights i chose 2/5 or 3/5 along with the main meal alternating between the two flights with just water and black coffee on flights. Then whatever else i ate during the lonngggg😁 layover i had only like half or 3/4 of whatever i ate. Had only 1 iced coffee even though at some point i wanted another 😁. Which really helped me to stay in control despite the travel, and also i felt like ok i did not spiral or felt like i was giving up on my tracking & ultimately feeling no guilt about not being to do my macro tracking, which before i would have. So yeah im happy about that little win 😀
🔥 Saturday Check-In: 6 Weeks of REAL Progress (Not Just Scale Wins)
Did I win the challenge?👉 Nope. Did I win something better?👉 100% YES. Here’s what changed over my 6 weeks: 📉 Weight: 132.1 → 128.5💪 Muscle: 50.3 → 50.9 (held + slight gain 👏)🔥 Body Fat %: 31.4 → 29.1🧠 Biggest win: understanding my body What I learned (this one hit me hard):➡️ Doing MORE is not better. I used to think: More HIIT = faster resultsMore sweat = better workoutBeast mode = success Reality check… ❌ Progress actually came when I: - Cut HIIT from 2 days ➡️ 1 day - Prioritized recovery & sleep - Stopped going 100% every single workout - Focused on strength with intention 💡 Game changer:When I gave my body time to recover…👉 My body responded BETTER Less fatigueBetter liftsMore consistencyActual body composition changes This is me now:✔️ Trusting the process✔️ Training smarter, not just harder✔️ Protecting my recovery like it’s part of the workout (because it is) If you’re feeling stuck, read this twice:👉 You might not need to do more…👉 You might need to recover better 💬 Question for you:What’s something you’ve pulled back on that actually improved your results?

Growth Happens Outside the Comfort Zone 🔥
I’ve had some huge milestones this past week, and as much as I always brush past them, I know I need to start acknowledging the progress. ✅ Lost 10kg in 2 months ✅ Finally got my protein up and stayed consistent with it — after the whole fiasco of not asking, then asking for help 😅 ✅ Hit the short-term weight goal I set for this month ✅ Broke through so many personal barriers, including one I genuinely never thought I’d be able to overcome — which meant stepping out of my comfort zone again and again ✅ Learned to see different perspectives, reflect, and respond through action instead of reaction And the biggest win? Doing all of this while managing a busy work schedule. We’re doing okay, coach @Carlos Hellstern … actually, we’re doing really damn well. 💪🔥

Big shout out to Kara! ♥️ Reversed her pre-diabetes diagnosis!
I want to share something about one of our clients, Kara. She's a doctor. Long hours, random shifts, eating whenever she could fit it in. For years she'd been losing and regaining the same 10-15 lbs. She'd lose weight for a couple of months, get sick of what she was doing, stop, and by April she was heavier than when she started. On top of that, she was pre-diabetic. So we didn't put her on a diet. We just taught her how food actually works. How calories work. How protein works. How to build meals that keep you full without eating like a monk. She was still eating takeout when she was too tired to cook. Still having snacks. Still living a NORMAL life. 🔥 Down 26 lbs. But the bigger win was that she reversed her pre-diabetes diagnosis. That's the stuff that actually matters long term. Anyways.. if you've ever told yourself that nothing works for you, or that you're the exception, I just wanted to remind you that you're probably not. You've just never been taught the fundamentals properly. Shoutout coach @Carlos Hellstern for the support! 🫡 Feel free to DM me if you want to lose all your excess body fat, still live your life, and guarantee your results ♥️

Still in Disbelief After Today’s Shopping Trip
Today I decided to explore my second hometown neighborhood and headed to the outlets to buy a new pair of shorts because my current ones are way too big and loose. I picked out three or four pairs just one size smaller… and they were still too loose! I couldn’t believe it when I realized I actually needed to try size S and XS. For the past 10–20 years, I’ve been wearing a US size 10, but today I walked out with US 4–6 (depending on the cut). I was honestly in shock when they fit perfectly. Even now that I’m home, I’m still in disbelief. I tried on the denim shorts and jeans I bought again just to be sure… and they really do fit! 😄 The other picture shows me wearing my old pair of shorts 😁.
