Hello!
Just joined the community. I'm on a wellness journey to stay mobile and have healthy joints. My main obstacles are consistency and chronic pain. Looking forward to stay encouraged and push through.

Welcome @S Martin!☺️
Training, Myself!
I am between sets of some things I don't fully feel like doing, but know that is exactly the reason I need to do EVERYTHING that I planned. Some of my most effective and best training has occurred when I've faced what I didn't want to experience, changed my attitude and behavior as part of the struggle process, and found new strength. The association of positive outcomes with difficult challenges is irreplaceable, and a reminder to give myself an opportunity to Train the Truth. That is the truth of my weaknesses, strengths, and recognize the opportunity to improve both, to Flex Hard. Go do something difficult today. If you can't think of anything, I have some suggestions...

@Lindsay Brown The 4x4 method is very popular in Norway, here are some links that explains it in more detail☺️: https://norwegianscitechnews.com/2024/05/4x4-interval-training-popular-and-controversial/ https://www.ntnu.edu/optimex/exercise-advice

@Lindsay Brown I think they used the word moderate because Olympiatoppen (an organization responsible for developing Norwegian elite sports within the Norwegian Olympic) have 85% as zone 3, which they consider "somewhat hard" 😊 Here is a link where only the originators of the Norwegian Protocol 4x4 explains it: https://www.myworkout.com/en/4x4intervals#w-tabs-0-data-w-pane-1 And here is the link to the zones that Olympiatoppen uses: https://olt-skala.nif.no/olt_2024_en.pdf
Taekwondo ITF
Hello everyone! I’m a first degree black belt in Taekwondo. I decided to join because I feel like my overall skills are lacking in many ways. My kicks are slow, they lack speed and power. When I do combat I’m afraid to do spinning combinations because I’m slow. My teachers don’t work on flexibility and mobility in the classes and I have injured myself a couple of times. I decided to do extra training to better my practice for upcoming competitions. I’m looking forward to this program. I been following on ig for a while and now I noticed that there was an online course available. XD

Welcome @Mela Acosta ☺️
New here hello everyone!
Hello everyone!!! Im new here but very excited to be here. Ive been on a weight loss, mind/body connection journey for about 10yrs now. Ive lost 145lbs naturally. I was very sedentary all my life so becoming athletic took time and discipline and now that my body is as defined as i want it to be im looking to become more flexible and balanced. Flextheory came up in my algorithm most likely because ive been looking for exercises and routines to become more flexible. Looking to see what i can learn. Ive copied some small movements before joining and i love them. Thanks for having me!!
