Yesterday I completed session 7 of Enter the Straddle. I noticed that my internal hip rotation is definitely improving and that my torso remained firmly pressed against my quads during all reach and press exercises. 💪

Taekwondo ITF
Hello everyone! I’m a first degree black belt in Taekwondo. I decided to join because I feel like my overall skills are lacking in many ways. My kicks are slow, they lack speed and power. When I do combat I’m afraid to do spinning combinations because I’m slow. My teachers don’t work on flexibility and mobility in the classes and I have injured myself a couple of times. I decided to do extra training to better my practice for upcoming competitions. I’m looking forward to this program. I been following on ig for a while and now I noticed that there was an online course available. XD
