Hey everyone 👋 Just a little behind-the-scenes update from today. We’re filming a quick and fun Tai Chi stick drill that anyone can jump into, whether you’re brand new or already training regularly. It’s simple, accessible, and meant to support your daily practice. For those of you participating in the 10-day challenge, thank you for showing up and staying engaged. As a little extra motivation, you’ll have a chance to win one of our custom Tai Chi sticks, so keep going and enjoy the process. I actually have a small walking stick. I think it would be interesting to see how the body responds in movement was something in the hands.

The 7-day challenge always feels more grounding when we move together, so this post will stay pinned for our daily check-ins. Let’s show up, keep it simple, and take it one day at a time. ✅ How to Check In Each Day After you finish your practice, follow these three steps: 1. State which day of the challenge you’re on. There is not much about myself I have not already spoken or related to you all,,, ( sometimes I do "RUN OFF AT THE MOUTH") BUT ,,,,,, I am also an Ordained Minister of Jehovah God ,,,, a Jehovah's Witness.... Yes,,, one of those people who come knocking at your door on the weekends to talk about the Bible and God!!! I hope no one holds that against me !!! It's MY BELIEF,,, I FORCE it on no one but SHARE IT with EVERYONE,,, out of DEEP LOVE and TRUE CONCERN for ALL PEOPLE EVERYWHERE!!! "DO SOMETHING QI EVERYDAY" "LIFE IS TO PRECIOUS TO WASTE" AND YES !!! "SOMETHING WONDERFUL WILL HAPPEN"
