Benefits for Golf
I’ve finished day 5 of the first 7 day challenge. The turning and weight shifting will defiantly help me with my golf game. As we get older we loose flexibility swinging the golf club thus causing lose of distance. Can’t wait to hit the golf course thinking of N, S, E, W.
Day 3 Qigong discussion
Sonny I just finished the Day 3 discussion of the evolution of of Qigong and loved your dichotomy of it development and many focuses but also how its personal and your approach to teaching it. I It cleared up some biases and preconceptions I had. Bravo
Day 1 completed!
Have been "waiting" to start as due to a bit of Mother looking after has taken priority, I started today ! We can all just pushing it back till a better time cant we. I have been following the morning video on You Tube so I can be ok with myself on that 🙃 Step be step I be going.
Possibly Addicted
I just finished Day 6 and I think I might be addicted. No day is complete without hearing Sonny's voice during practice. And I'm feeling so much different already!
