Practicing in the snow
We got close to a foot of snow in Boulder, and today was a beautiful bluebird day, so I practiced in the neighborhood park. It was the first time I've ever done Qigong/Tai Chi outside in the snow! It was a great experience connecting with all the elements around me!

Concentration in the Afternoon
It's 4 pm for me when the live sessions start, but I sometimes find it hard to concentrate in the late afternoon and skipped the Tai-Chi part today. Nevertheless, I follow the recorded sessions next morning at 7 am.
