I made more money DMing auction commenters before the auction than from the auction itself
When I ran my Dead Group Goldmine auction, I made more money by talking to people who commented on my pre-auction post. DM'd every commenter: "Hey [Name]! Thanks for commenting on my post about the dormant group auction. Do you have a group that's been sitting dormant, or are you thinking about starting one?" When they answered, I used X-ray T2 and dug deeper. Whatever they say, your job is to dig deeper. - "Tell me more about that..." - "What else is important to you?" - Get SPECIFIC about what they want Keep them talking. It's rarely the first thing they tell you. The conversations will tell you: - What language THEY use (not your assumptions) - What they're REALLY buying (it's not "dead group revival" - it's something deeper) - What price point makes sense In my case, I discovered that I can also position my strategy for new groups with low active members, instead of just focusing on dead groups. Then everybody interested received a DM: "I'm going to run an auction where the winner gets the exact post structure, positioning, and step-by-step process I used. But before I do that, I wanted to talk to a few people like you to make sure I'm including everything that matters. If you could get your group making [their desired result] - what would be worth paying for that?" This tells you their price sensitivity WITHOUT you throwing out a number first. There were a couple super HOT people, so I DM'd them: "You know what - you seem like exactly the right person for this. The auction might go higher than makes sense for you. What if I just hooked you up directly for $[reasonable number based on their buying history]? Would that work?" Closed them even before the auction started.

Moving forward
This week I talked about auctions with anyone I know, I guess only my mom and barber are still to be reached ahah. I scheduled a few meetings with people I know, I still have one potential good candidate to meet on Monday but for the most part it's a "let me think about it" or "can you show me what you did with this?". I will reach out to more community owners. For now I've had 2 rounds of messages: 1- 10 messages, 0 replies 2- 4 messages, 2 replies. One said they're doing an auction themselves (they already know about this), the other one said he feels like the auction will discount the value of his brand and I've had the same kind of comment from a software company that I talked to about this so, at least, I know this is a common objection I need to prepare for. Overall I'm moving forward, even if it's a bit slow. Hopefully the next few messages will turn into a virtual coffee đŸ€ž

5 replies from 31 prospects on day 1! 3 were “send me the loom!” 2 were “go away!” 😂 Took less than an hour to find the emails
 And load them up in Smartlead to run the funnel. Now to follow-up and land some coffee dates!

Getting Hot to Trot Leads (with Email Addresses) for Ronin Deals in 2026
I just had AI scrape the Meta Ads Library for Coaches running Webinars. (I'm looking for ACTIVE COACHES who MUST MAKE SALES or people don't get paid.) Then... Put it into a CSV file. But guess what? The data is missing emails, websites, phone numbers... In 2026... This is not a problem. Why? Answer: AGENTIC AI. What does this mean? It means AI can ACT LIKE A HUMAN NOW. It can go RESEARCH and FIND emails, phone numbers, physical addresses, emotional hot buttons and more. Not only that... But I had Manus ENHANCE THE DATA and in MINUTES came back with Email, Phone number, Website addresses for most of the data. (I will still verify the data before sending email to it.) Next... I will have it DO RESEARCH on their books, mission, goals and NEWs they've posted on their socials. It does it in MINUTES. (I did one last week for 100 records, it took under 5 minutes.) I can then add that to my outreach. How is it so fast? Two words: Parallel Processing. That means it "sicks" several agents on a task at the SAME TIME! It enhanced 28 records in minutes! And because... These leads are SO targeted, ACTIVELY running campaigns and NEED SALES... I can drop these into my GIVING FUNNEL and get Coffee Dates on Demand. (and they will ask ME for time on my calendar.) There is ONE THING I've found to GIVE them which works better than anything else. 2026 is going to be off the damn chicken for Ronin successes! 👉Do you have deets on our upcoming CDOD and the Giving Funnel?
