Auctions for traditional real estate?
Hey everyone, I've been sick recently and I fell off the wagon a little bit because I talked to a lot of frogs and, eventually, nothing came out of it, at least for now. I'm still getting a lot of "can you do this for me?" But I'm starting to learn when to just say "no, I'm sorry". Either way, one of the fastest growing real estate companies in Spain asked the same question yesterday. And maybe I should just say "no, I'm sorry" but they're a big company and they're growing fast and I'm not sure I want to turn them down completely. Maybe I can use their curiosity about auctions to offer them something that might work better? Or maybe auctions can still work for them and I just can't see how? Does anyone have experience with something similar?

@Honey Syed you mean the down payment of the property? That might actually make sense

But then what do you do to the non-winners, try to sell them something else? Also we're in a seller's market so it's actually pretty easy to sell a property in Spain right now, the hard part is to convince the seller to give it to you
(AUCTION) Best Platform for big LinkedIn influencer
So, tonight, unfortunately I won't be able to join the AMA because I have a call at the same time with a guy with 82k connections on LinkedIn. We will be scheduling my first auction so it's really exciting. Me and him have already talked about eventually moving people over to Skool to do this but I'm thinking that if we do that, if the transfer doesn't work and we only have 50 people to start the auction with, it's going to bomb massively, despite the huge potential and I know that someone is doing these things directly on their public profile. The guy constantly has 300 comments on his posts and they're just reposted stuff so I'm thinking that if we do a public auction it could get at least 100 people to get the ball rolling and then it's just a matter of commenting and increasing the engagement as much as possible and it could become a huge thing eventually. The main issue on LinkedIn is that I'm not sure I'll be able to message 100 people or more after the auction without being blocked. How do you do this? My idea would be to then send them to Skool AFTER they purchase as one of the things we're selling is a free membership (for a paid tier) so it makes sense to send them to the platform afterwards but not before, right?

@Annabelle Williams dos Anjos I'm working on someone's audience to be moved from IG to Skool now. It's moving a bit slow but feel free to reach out, if you think I can help you with anything
Big distro big news!
Hey everyone, I've been a bit silent recently because I've been working on 2-3 auctions already. Someone fell off the wagon temporarily but I might be able to bring him back on board with a couple different strategies but.. the good news is that I'm an admin of a couple of communities on Telegram and WhatsApp that were kinda dead but now someone in the tech and Saas space is proposing to take over one of them to create a massive hub with communities of tech nomads and founders on Skool from different dispersed and dormant communities (local - Valencia - or otherwise). He already has thousands of people in these local communities, with one of 2500 from the Netherlands and now 5k from my community in Valencia and we'll funnel everyone into his Skool (he currently has170 people there). This is great news because I can basically use this as a major distribution hub to promote different services that don't have distribution so, basically, I can confidently ask for 50% from each auction because I'm the gatekeeper now. This is a bit of a long-term game but the guy will do most of the work growing and managing the Skool while I give him the engine to fill the room and get paid (poll > funnel people into Skool in days instead of months > monetization happens immediately). Exciting times!

Go get 'em🔥🔥🔥
CDOD Tony Robbins chapter in the US said yes to running a test!!!
They have connections with all the other chapters in the US and in Europe and they're going to test this with a smaller community, if it works well, they have many community exceeding 100k members (across the different offers and channels they run) and they will introduce this to EVERYTHING if the first one goes well. THIS IS HUGE, I'M SO EXCITED!!!! They're expecting me to put together the offers for the auction and then we already have a followup call scheduled for next week. @Travis Sago everything I need to do this right is here in the classroom or should I check the Kajabi as well? I want to make sure I don't mess this up!
