Success slow but steady ! 💪
This is a life time achievement. Something I will work on for the rest of my life. I will never claim to know everything or be an expert at any point in my journey. I will share what I learned to who ever is willing to listen. 👂 Still going down overall but so far not going lower than 134. Getting a little impatient but I réalise the issue lies in some bad habits with tracking so hopefully things will improve. I will also do the same weekend and weekday and not derail. I need to update my pictures more often. !!!! It’s just data 📉

Whats a great success so far. You're doing amazing 👏. Be proud of yourself.
Full day ahead
Do you know the feeling, when you have a day that it will be a extremely busy? I'm a bit like a high energy bunny. My husband is out of town, so I need to do all 😅 After work I'll driving my daughter to her training and go straight to the training with my dog. After that picking my daughter up and bring both home. Having 20 minutes before I have to drive to my own training. I hope, I don't loose my motivation for my box workout in the evening. Such days which start at 5am and end at 10pm are a challenge to stay on track. Happy i mealpreped for today. One thing les to think about.

@Lena Nguyen will but could I use almond milk instead of the protein shake?
Sweet potatoes with cottage cheese
I'm not a huge fan of cottage cheese but I found a recipe on Instagram and gave it a try. Now im hooked. You need around 300g sweet potatoes baked in the oven. Half a avocado 200g cottage cheese Cherry tomatoes Light bbq sauce I used it for meal prep and ate it cold in the office. Mix everything and enjoy.
