How often do you train?
I am currently doing flex theory for fighters series 6. I complete 3 fighter training sessions per week. Additionally, I like to do 1 Enter the straddle and 1 Hips of Fury each week. Sometimes, I will also work in a fix your knees or shoulder session.

@Andre Victorian The majority of my flex theory training has been focused on the fighter series. I feel that my hamstrings have benefited the greatest from this training. My biggest challenge that I continue to struggle with is pain and weakness in my adductor muscles on my right side. I feel discomfort and tightness even when sitting criss cross legs or butterfly position. When kicking, I mostly feel it on my plat leg while throwing a cut kick with my left leg. I believe the ETS training is helping a bit, but I am wondering what more I can do the help with healing and strengthening this area?

@Andre Victorian Thank you for the specific session recommendations to help with my right leg adductor struggles. I have particularly found that #HOF Squat One exposes my weakness during the widest squats. The widest squats with feet turned out are the most difficult for me and I definitely feel a strain in my right adductors. Currently, I am repeating the #HOF Squat One twice per week on my days off from Flex Theory for fighters training. I am feeling some progress and I am hoping that I can heal this area without further setbacks.
Tuesday Thoughts
As much as I had plans to create new training last week and this week, I’ve had to deal with a stomach virus and flu like symptoms. If you are experiencing delays with me getting back to you, my apologies. I am amazed at how quickly one can go from feeling strong to feeling very weak. It is easy for me to take my strength and capabilities for granted, they are my version of normal. As much as I am pursuing goals that go beyond where I currently am, I have to say that this experience is making me appreciate my common daily opportunities and abilities even more. I am grateful for the kind of reminder that is temporary, and look forward to being even more for myself and this community as I regain my full health.

Feel better soon Sir!
Stretch times
What time of day are you doing your training? Before breakfast? Before bed?

I train a various times depending on my schedule. I love training in the morning because it sets me up for feeling accomplished and motivated for the rest of the day. However, sometimes this is not an option, and I train in the afternoon or evening. Either way, I feel great every time I complete a training!
Progress
Yesterday I completed session 7 of Enter the Straddle. I noticed that my internal hip rotation is definitely improving and that my torso remained firmly pressed against my quads during all reach and press exercises. 💪

I have had 3 surgeries on my right knee. I definitely notice more tightness in MCL region of R knee during straddle sessions. Also, I can kneel while sitting on my feet, but after about 10 minutes, I really feel it and need to shake out the legs.
