Are freebies still relevant?
Hey Mariah and team! I'm working to set up my evergreen everyday funnel and I'm wondering if I should still even be offering free opt-ins. Should I be leveraging my low ticket offers as my opt-ins in order to build a list of buyers? Or should I still offer some freebies so that my 'turtles' will have some time to get to know me before they get into my funnel. If I did that, I would use my low ticket offers as tripwires and let people enter the funnel that way. I'd welcome anyone's insights on this.

ahh yes, I was just thinking this same question yesterday! I'm thinking that we need to still have some freebie funnels, but the Evergreen Everyday funnels are potentially the same thing you might have as a tripwire/upsell funnel so you can multi-purpose it lol. At least that's what I'm thinking about doing.

Customer service at scale
My courses and ads have scaled up a lot, and things are going really well! Thank you so much for everything @Mariah Coz all content is so great! Now that I'm generating a lot of sales per day one thing that I'm trying to figure out is customer service.  Throughout the weekend my skool and IG inbox is filled with people who couldn't get access (usually because they spelled their email wrong), etc. I'm having a hard time mentally releasing it, but I know I prob need to and if they do chargebacks or whatever we just handle it on Monday morning. Also, do you have any tips for handling customer service at this level of volume? I have a full-time assistant on it it M-F but some days it doesn't feel like enough!

This is a great question, and loving that you're seeing sales every day 🎉 Don't you love the fun new 'problems' that come up once we start stretching into a new normal?!
What's a good resend open + ctr?
So, I've started implementing the 3 emails a week plus resends to unopens per Evergreen Everyday and my first email for this campaign had a 45% open (normal) and 0.43% CTR (CTR is low for me). The resend had 13.7% open and 0.16% CTR. I'm wondering, what is a decent open and CTR for the resends? Is 13% ok? Regardless, I am excited to see that now for this particular email I've had a total of 58% open so that's fun and I'm now obsessed with resend to unopened haha - luckily for me this is something I can automate with Drip when I'm scheduling the email, so I don't have to go back and do this manually.

how many sales came in over holiday break? 🤔
It's our first day back at work after a glorious 2 weeks offline for the holidays! I hope you had a good break too 😊 Before the break, when I let my clients know we'd be off for 2 weeks, the question came in about how we would keep sales coming in every day while being totally OOO. TBH, I was also curious what would happen! My attitude going into my 2 week break was "I'm going to enjoy this break, and if it means we don't make sales every single day, I'm totally cool with that." I set myself up for success by batching 3 pieces of Micro-Content (like I teach in ​Evergreen Every Day​) and pre-scheduling 5 emails to drip out before I was Out Of Office. After that, I was like "Okay, I've done my part as best I can, now let go and see what happens." So I was surprised and delighted to see this! ⬇️ Sales kept coming in every single day (even when there was NO scheduled emails for 5-6 days there... thanks to the "Evergreen Echo Effect" I talk about in ​Evergreen Every Day​!) We ended up with 97 orders (which is over 130+ individual course sales with order bumps/upsells) over the holiday break, while we were completely off! This is a combination of sales of low ticket $22 workshops, $200 courses and $3500 premium programs (we teach having a mix of profitable products). It's incredible to see how once you build up the momentum over the weeks and months, it can really keep going as you ride that wave! 🌊 So our "sales every day" streak continues since June of 2024...with no signs of slowing down.
