Customer service at scale
My courses and ads have scaled up a lot, and things are going really well! Thank you so much for everything all content is so great!
Now that I'm generating a lot of sales per day one thing that I'm trying to figure out is customer service. 
Throughout the weekend my skool and IG inbox is filled with people who couldn't get access (usually because they spelled their email wrong), etc. I'm having a hard time mentally releasing it, but I know I prob need to and if they do chargebacks or whatever we just handle it on Monday morning.
Also, do you have any tips for handling customer service at this level of volume? I have a full-time assistant on it it M-F but some days it doesn't feel like enough!
