What's a good resend open + ctr?

So, I've started implementing the 3 emails a week plus resends to unopens per Evergreen Everyday and my first email for this campaign had a 45% open (normal) and 0.43% CTR (CTR is low for me). The resend had 13.7% open and 0.16% CTR.

I'm wondering, what is a decent open and CTR for the resends? Is 13% ok?

Regardless, I am excited to see that now for this particular email I've had a total of 58% open so that's fun and I'm now obsessed with resend to unopened haha - luckily for me this is something I can automate with Drip when I'm scheduling the email, so I don't have to go back and do this manually.
