Been struggling with my training lately. I myself am a strength and conditioning coach, but it comes to my own training, I like following programs. Due to my firefighter/personal schedule. I can only perform 2 full body lift days and 2 conditioning days, possibly a 3rd in which I plan on keeping it zone 2 Need guidance. My conditioning is horrible, my strength is definitely something I don’t want to lose, and I could definitely use some improvement in body composition
