New Sled Push Max Push 445lb
The most I’d ever tried to push was 355. Today I tried to push to see how far I could go, I made it half way and back with 445 lb today I built up adding one plate each round (down and back) 1)175 2) 220 3) 265 4) 310 5) 355 6) 400 7) 445 (1/2 way down and back) Shout out to @Brandon Hagans for giving me that extra tough co-worker coach push

Knee soreness
Running into knee soreness, I’m 273 and dropping, so I expect it’s only natural for them not to be happy when I’m running, standing all day, etc. What are some good exercises I can utilize to make my knees more resilient? I’m sure yall have some up your sleeve.

All good suggestions above. Another thing to consider is to strengthen your hamstrings. A lot of joint "issues" can be due to muscle imbalances. Hamstrings tend to be under worked compared to the quads, which can result in ligaments being pulled on improperly.
How to Ruck?
Hey Phil I'm looking for a resource on how to ruck, how much weight how to have your backpack adjusted and stuff like that. Something for complete beginners who have never done it before

The great thing about rucking is it can be tailored especially for you. If it's your first time, start light, 10-15 pounds for 20-30 minutes. From there you can progressively overload in both weight and/or distance.
