Basic discipline training day 22
Today was a mental toughness day for sure. Kids sick, up and down all night. Whoop gave me a 8% recovery 😂 in the bathroom repeatedly today myself. Today’s task was a 2 mile run. Knees feeling good from a few days of recovery and adjusted exercises. Cool outside and spitting rain. 2 miles in just over 30 minutes. Body felt good running, but slowed to a power walk when I would start feeling my breathing getting out of control and heart rate getting too high. Got it done.
