30min workout with just dumbells?
Hey all, i’m trying to go back into lifting weights and strengthening but i find it a bit of a chore (busy mum here sorry lol) to set up the bar, weights and bench in the living room. I do have access to a kettlebell, and dumbells that are easy to reach. Can anyone recommend a 30 min workout to get me started?

Back from the holidays and now ready to show up and be accountable. Starting with breakfast of course! 🤣 excited to be part of this community ❤️ Overall goals (not just for the year) is to go back to my activity levels training for a marathon 2 years ago — but being more mindful of what I eat (basically overall relationship with food) and also try to lift more often! All this while being a wife, a mama of 2 active teenagers and a 2 yr old cavoodle!

Protein Overnight Oats! 💪
This is the easiest way to get protein, energizing carbs, and a solid amount of fiber in the morning. I eat this EVERY SINGLE morning without fail even when I'm not training. The best part? You can make a bunch and store them in the fridge for the week. Ingredients: - 60gr of rolled oats - 100ml almond milk (I use one that's sweetened with cane sugar) - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder - Topping - 100gr of mixed frozen berries Tips: - Play around with the quantities to fit your preference - Use less/more almond milk for the texture - You can use any dairy you like (I use almond milk because it's lower in calories and it tastes great 😄) - Use any flavor of whey you want (I've used chocolate and strawberry before, but vanilla is my favorite) - Plant protein works too, I just haven't tried. - Add low fat / no fat Greek yogurt if you want to bump up the protein! Method: - Pour almond milk into a glass container - Then the scoop of protein powder - Mix well with a spoon or mixer - Dump oats in and mix well again - Make sure all oats are covered in milk - Top with berries - Place it in the fridge overnight. I forgot to do this last night! But still works when you microwave the oats in the morning instead - this is going to be my go to!
