Back from the holidays and now ready to show up and be accountable. Starting with breakfast of course! 🤣 excited to be part of this community ❤️ Overall goals (not just for the year) is to go back to my activity levels training for a marathon 2 years ago — but being more mindful of what I eat (basically overall relationship with food) and also try to lift more often!
All this while being a wife, a mama of 2 active teenagers and a 2 yr old cavoodle!
