30min workout with just dumbells?
Hey all, i’m trying to go back into lifting weights and strengthening but i find it a bit of a chore (busy mum here sorry lol) to set up the bar, weights and bench in the living room. I do have access to a kettlebell, and dumbells that are easy to reach. Can anyone recommend a 30 min workout to get me started?
