Day 17 Daily Breath work
The day started without daily breath work but by early afternoon I was in pain while driving and suddenly realized I could do breath work to relax and release the tension from the pain. After about four minutes, the pain subsided to a dull level and I was able to finish my drive. Thankful to have this tool in my quick habits but also daily routine. Grateful for the relief.

Hello, I'm new to this community page. I've been on my spiritual path for 6 years now. I was introduced to breath work about 3 years back during my journey. I came across a video that Steven Jagger was co-hosting two days ago and was very intrigued by his method. The breath work that I have already accomplished over my journey combined with this breath work is extremely powerful. Thank you for creating this community so I can further my journey in the direction that excites and lights me up! πŸ‘

Daily breath work
I did the daily breath work for the 3rd day. I always experience a tingle feeling in body. Anyone experience this?

Yes. From the longer practices I got feeling light headed and more tingly as I got so oxygenated. I remember being instructed to dial it down, maybe slow down the breathing and decrease the breathwork intensity, if we get light headed.
Self practice 146
Today I opened up space for patience with myself. I focused on being gentle with myself and not leaning on negative self talk but instead respecting myself in these situations.

Good work Brian! I just wanna give you some props. It takes inner strength to consciously choose gentleness. It may go against the current of the energy cultivated by the dominant culture at this moment, and I applaud your effort to hold space for gentleness, love, and respect. Starting with number 1 (self) is a great example to us all ✨
