This first Qi Gong session of the year brought us back into rhythm with our breath and body. 🌿
It was a grounding, breath-led practice designed to support nervous system regulation, clear out stuck energy, and build presence from the inside out.
We moved slow, tapped into flow, and used movement as a way to feel more connected and alive.
