Thank you for making this available. Appreciate it and this community.
Trying again
Well, I took a break before I completely broke. I think I will be back regularly again with breath work sessions. Some lessons are so hard to work through. We must have grace and compassion to ourselves as we heal. Grateful for the heal. Grateful to be back. Here's to more days of Somatic Breath work and deeper healing.

Daily Practice And How We Want To Show Up
I'm after a bit of advice really, I'm finding that in the daily practice I'm getting a bit confused with how I want to show up for others. While I know I would like to show up as present and open for people , it's in direct opposition to my feeling of needing to set boundaries and needing to show the world I'm not vunrable. A bit of back story, I've had years of traumatic experiences, and tend to end up the scapegoat due to my openess and honesty. So everytime I hear " how do you want to show up in the world" and "what we want others to feel from us".. I'm saying that I want others to feel my boundaries, my strength. But this feels off somehow. I know I have a long way to go with my healing but I have been making great progress since finding you guys and the workshops are so valuable to me. Am I on the right track for where I am right now?

Self Practice 1
Today I focused on gratitude as I am grateful for my life and opportunities I have. One opportunity we all have is to practice self love.

@Gina Eggleton this is powerful to be able to be free the leave but still hold onto the two dear friends. The interaction and relationships can change but you might be able to offer them more are you move on and grow. Good to step out and learn.

@Marilyn Murphy to me you do what helps you most. If recording it helps you to connect better next time, or remember the messages you received during the breath work session, then recording it is highly valuable. If you remember it fine or are still building on the same theme like escaping fear or having peace ahead as your purpose, then maybe you it won't forget or need to write it. I think it boils down to what helps you create more freedom in your life. For some more writing is overwhelming, then no. But if it is a reassuring reminder that you are making progress than definitely you could look back on it to see the strips that lead you to increases freedom.
