I am opposite if have stress I stopped eating I eat when I'm bored so now when ever I feel bored try to make myself busy. Instead of eat some thing drink glass of water .Everyday I filled jug of water with lemon slices and drink during a day

This week 4th day and final workout🤩🔥
I showed up. I pushed harder. I finished strong. ❤️‍🔥 ✨ Today’s grind: 🏃‍♀️ 35 mins high-incline treadmill walk → 360 calories 💪 30 mins strength training → 100–120 calories 🔥 22 mins StairMaster climb → 400 calories 💥 Total burn: 860–880 calories Not chasing perfection— chasing discipline, strength, and self-respect. ✨ If I can do it, so can you. One workout. One step. One stronger YOU. 💪❤️‍🔥

Salam to everyone, as a new user in community i want to share that taking first step to anything is difficult but after reading at that platform i feel motivated myself, so for all community we are together so help each other and also thanks to our mentors that they build something very convenient and motivational.
