Start day with luke warm water only, Sehri with 1 roti and tenday gosht with cup of tea, then took 1 glass milk with rooh afza, aj bht mood kiya so, In iftari 3 dates and glass of water gap of namaz then 2 tbsp channa chat without yogurt, 4 small chicken pakoras, and 2 tbsp fruit chaat, with 1 glass rooh afza sharbat, Then after isha half roti with mutton ka salan, then go outside in street for little walk, phir barish start hogae, Then before bed green tea, Steps around 5200, Water in take 6 mugs and 1 glass of rooh afza wala sharbat,

Ajkal Iftar kr k hosh e nae rehta, Ajeeb si halaat hojati susti alag dil krta bas bed pe gir jain halankay khatay b nae hain itna but samjh s bahir situation mere sath hi aisa hai ya kisi r k sath b hai??? And secondly i need your opinion someone suggested me k iftar k time normal pani ki jagha 1 glass pani me 1 tsp coffee mix kr k r basil seeds dal k lo, kia kehte ho ap sab is it okay to take with khajoor at iftar time or not? @Memoona Ali wo b nae piya jatay chakar ana shuru hojatay and sore throat aik dam, islie i preferred normal pani ya bht dil kiya to doodh me gur, rooh afza ya vimto dalklai laiti,

Start day with warm water by adding pumpkin seed powder, Sehri with left over last day rice with boil 2 eggs white with cup of tea, then took 1 khajoor with water, In iftari 3 dates and glass of water then plate of chicken biryani with 2 tbsp channa chat and 2 pakoras, Then after isha half bowl of mixed fruit chaat, Then before bed luke warm turmeric milk by adding honey in it, Skip walk due to cold wind, so step inside house around 3000, Water in take 8 mug
Ramadan day 21,
Start day with warm water by adding pibch of cinamon powder, Sehri with 1 roti and lauki ki sabzi and half boil egg with cup of tea, then took 1 khajoor with water, In iftari 3 dates and glass of water then plate of mutton pulao 2 tbsp raita, 2 tbsp channa chat without yogurt, Then after isha half bowl of mixed fruut chaat, Then before bed luke warm turmeric milk, Skip walk due to rain, so step inside around3500, Water in take 8 and half mug
