Nut milk maker?
My grocery store seems to often be out of the soy milk that I regularly use. I have a vitamix which I use to make almond milk.When I looked into making soy milk the instructions/recipes involved heating up the blended milk for 15 - 20 minutes. This made me look into a nut milk maker. Does anyone have one? If so, what do you have and do you like it? I wanted real life opinions before committing to buying one.

That sounds so good. Unfortunately I canโ€™t attend. Iโ€™ll be in NYC tomorrow. Weโ€™re going to the Metropolitan Museum of Art and then to the Cloisters.

How do you feel after our 5 Day Smoothie Glow-up? Did you know that if you followed the recipes, you ended up consuming 14 unique plants this week in just this one meal a day? This is great for nutrient diversity, gut health, and our immunity. The goal is 30 a week! Today's smoothie was heavy on the greens and protein. I added a ton of microgreens, arugula, wild blueberries, chocolate maca protein powder, pb fit, beets, and a greens powder. If you had a smoothie today, what was your blend?

Most people quit before they ever get here. Day 4 - delicious. My husband decided to join me for the challenge this week. He doesnโ€™t like beets. I didnโ€™t tell him there was a beet in it. He declared this as his favorite smoothie so far.

Day 5 - perfect spring color. Thank you for the smoothie challenge. I really enjoyed trying different combinations and tastes. I am feeling good and plan to continue making smoothies part of my routine.
